Limited Warranty

InnoGIO warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase in the United States.

This Limited Warranty applies to InnoGIO products sold by authorized retailers and distributors in the United States, including products within the following categories:

  • Baby Care

  • Children's Products

  • Oral Care

  • Personal Care

  • Wellness Products

  • Home Comfort Products

Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.

What Is Covered

If a product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period, InnoGIO will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product with the same model or a comparable product of equal value and functionality; or

  • Refund the original purchase price.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance;

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, crushing, or liquid damage;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations;

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or normal wear and tear that does not affect product functionality;

  • Damage resulting from use contrary to product instructions or warnings;

  • Products used for commercial, rental, institutional, or non-household purposes unless specifically approved by InnoGIO;

  • Consumable items, including batteries, brush heads, filters, tubing, accessories, or other components expected to wear through normal use;

  • Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters, or other events beyond InnoGIO's reasonable control;

  • Lost, stolen, or discarded products.

Product-Specific Information

Baby Care Products

Breast pumps, bottle warmers, and related feeding products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Normal wear of accessories and consumable components is not covered.

Children's Products

Night lights, projectors, toys, silicone tableware, and other children's products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Oral Care Products

Electric toothbrushes and oral care devices are covered for manufacturing defects. Brush heads and other replaceable accessories are excluded from warranty coverage.

Personal Care Products

Beauty devices, facial brushes, mirrors, and related personal care products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


Wellness Products

Thermometers, nebulizers, and wellness devices are covered against manufacturing defects. Improper cleaning, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may void coverage.

Home Comfort Products

Humidifiers, aroma diffusers, and similar products are covered against manufacturing defects. Filters, cartridges, and routine maintenance items are excluded.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact InnoGIO Customer Support and provide:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • Proof of purchase;

  • Product model number;

  • Description of the issue; and

  • Photographs or videos, if requested.

InnoGIO may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoGIO's liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund remedies described above.

InnoGIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the product.

State Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
