Return & Refund Policy

At InnoGIO USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Return to Place of Purchase

Products must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • Products purchased directly from InnoGIO.com must be returned to InnoGIO.

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or resellers (including Amazon, Walmart, Target, pharmacies, specialty stores, and other authorized retailers) must be returned according to the policies of the original retailer.

  • InnoGIO cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased from other sellers.

Return Eligibility

Products purchased through InnoGIO.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return period;

  • Include proof of purchase;

  • Include all original accessories and components;

  • Be in good condition, free from excessive wear, misuse, or damage;

  • Be returned in original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products may not be returned once opened or used unless defective:

  • Oral care products, including toothbrushes and replacement brush heads;

  • Breast pump accessories and feeding accessories that come into direct contact with milk or food;

  • Personal care products that come into direct contact with skin;

  • Consumable items, filters, replacement parts, and similar accessories;

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as intended, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.

InnoGIO may request photographs, videos, or additional information to evaluate the issue.

Eligible products may be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded at InnoGIO's discretion.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution;

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect shipment, or an error by InnoGIO, return shipping costs will be covered by InnoGIO.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Products Not Eligible for Refund

Products are not eligible for refund if they:

  • Are returned outside the applicable return period;

  • Show signs of misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification;

  • Are damaged due to improper use or handling;

  • Are missing major components, accessories, or packaging;

  • Fall within the non-returnable categories listed above.

Limitation

InnoGIO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumers may have under applicable state or federal law.
